From a very young age, I’ve understood that my purpose is to help people on their own path of healing and empowerment. Thirty years ago, my dad survived a 100-foot fall while hang gliding. Since then I have helped him recover. In fact, he is the reason I entered the health care field twenty-five years ago. Now my dad is 89-years-old, fully enjoying life, and even walking daily intent to live healthy and strong. It has been thirty years since he sustained a traumatic brain injury, but unbelievably he has not had to use medication. Because he has been meditating for years, he feels satisfied and at peace.
According to the American Medical Association, stress is the number one cause of illness. Meditation is the key to unlocking imbalances in our body and is even proven to reduce stress.
